Using Tipzy involves information you provide and records associated with your activity. This includes your account identifier and saved name, the messages or challenge descriptions you submit, your public-name choice and details you send when asking for help.

• Transaction details can include the BDT amount, creator, payment reference and status.
• Wallet records connect credits and spending to the correct account.
• A payment provider may require additional information to process your chosen payment method.

Account and transaction information supports the features you use: sending a Tipzy, delivering a message, managing a challenge and returning a rejected challenge amount to the right wallet. It also helps investigate payment problems, respond to support requests and review misuse.

Payment and service providers receive information needed for the part of the service they handle. Check the information presented by your payment provider when you complete checkout.

Your saved account name is used by default. Choosing a nickname or Anonymous changes the name shown publicly with your submission. Messages and challenge descriptions may be displayed to the creator or their audience, so avoid including information you want to keep private.

Choosing a nickname or Anonymous does not make a payment untraceable to Tipzy. Your authenticated account remains associated with the transaction, including any challenge refund. Public privacy and the private record needed to operate your account serve different purposes.

Tipzy uses YouTube API Services when you choose to connect your YouTube account. Google’s authorization screen shows the permissions requested for the YouTube features you enable. By using those features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

• Your connection is your choice. Keep it active or remove Tipzy’s access at any time through Google Account permissions. Removing access prevents future requests using that authorization and may disable the connected features.
• For questions about YouTube-related information held by Tipzy, or to request its deletion, email privacy@gettipzy.com. Deleting Tipzy-held data does not delete your YouTube account or content.

Contact privacy@gettipzy.com if you have a question about your information or want to request a correction, access review or account-related privacy action. Explain your request and provide enough information to identify the account. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before discussing private records.

Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials. For a payment issue that does not involve privacy, use support@gettipzy.com.
