Non-refundable digital support

Tipzy provides digital creator support and stream alerts. We do not sell or ship physical products.

A standard Tipzy is direct monetary support accompanied by your required message. Its alert plays immediately when triggered on the creator’s stream, completing the digital service at that moment. Once delivered, the Tipzy is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

This rule applies to standard Tipzy support. Rejected Challenges follow the separate wallet-refund rule below. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law.

Check the details before you send

Review the creator, BDT amount and message or challenge description before completing payment. Creators can set their own minimum amount, which is shown in the sending interface. A challenge is a request for the creator to consider; sending one does not mean it has already been accepted.

Keep the payment confirmation and any related challenge details. These records make it easier to explain an issue and identify the correct transaction.

When a challenge is rejected

If your challenge is rejected, its amount is refunded to your Tipzy Wallet. The wallet credit belongs to the logged-in account that sent the challenge.

Using a nickname or Anonymous changes your public display name. It does not change the account receiving the wallet refund. A display name is never a refund destination.

What a wallet refund means

The rejected-challenge refund described here is a credit inside Tipzy, rather than a return to the original payment method. You can use that balance to send a Tipzy or another challenge to any creator.

A rejected challenge, a bank dispute and a payment that appears unsuccessful are different situations. Do not assume that a rule for a rejected challenge also determines the outcome of another payment issue.

Tell us if something looks wrong

For an unauthorized or duplicate charge, failed payment, undelivered alert, missing wallet credit or another transaction concern, contact support@gettipzy.com. Explain what happened and what you expected to see. Sending a request starts a review; it does not by itself confirm a refund or its destination.

  • Include the transaction reference, BDT amount and payment date.
  • Identify the creator and challenge when relevant.
  • Attach a screenshot if it helps, with sensitive details hidden.
  • Never share your password, OTP or full card details.
